Nurses
Medischool offers schools the flexibility to either provide a highly trained nurse or train an existing school nurse through our specialized Nurse Training Program.
Our nurses are equipped with a clear working plan at the start of each academic year and supervised by Medischool’s Medical Coordinator, who ensures proper implementation and adjustments based on the school’s evolving needs.
Each nurse receives a comprehensive set of Emergency Guidelines and a Policies and Procedures booklet, both prepared and approved by a team of healthcare experts and doctors. These documents serve as key references to guide daily practice and uphold the highest standards of care.
Daily morning rounds are conducted to promote hygiene awareness and detect issues such as head lice or signs of contagious illness, helping to prevent the spread of infection.
Our Nurse Training Program spans one month, includes biweekly sessions of three hours each, and concludes with a final assessment and certification. Rather than covering basic duties, the program focuses on updating nurses with the latest best practices, ensuring compliance with childcare regulations, and safeguarding the legal and professional well-being of both children and healthcare providers.
