ABA Therapy Training – ABA Technician Certification

This program introduces participants to the core principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a research-based approach used especially for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

What You’ll Learn:

Outcome:
Participants receive Certification as an ABA Technician (ABAT), qualifying them to work within multidisciplinary teams under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Shadow Teacher Training Program

A structured training designed for professionals supporting students with special educational needs in the classroom.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Understanding the role and responsibilities of a shadow teacher
  • Promoting student independence and dignity
  • Using visual aids, schedules, and tools to support inclusion
  • Collaborating effectively with teachers, therapists, and families

Supervision:
All support strategies are developed and monitored by a BCBA to ensure effectiveness and accountability.

Nurse Training & Alignment Program

A one-month program (twice a week, 3-hour sessions) for nurses working in nurseries, preschools, or early learning settings.

Main Objectives:

  • Aligning nursing practices with current early childhood frameworks
  • Applying legal, ethical, and safety standards in childcare
  • Enhancing coordination with educators and families
  • Managing documentation with clarity and confidentiality

Includes: Final assessment, certification upon completion, and full alignment with national childcare standards.

Customized Staff & Teacher Development Tracks

Tailored sessions for educators and support staff delivered onsite or online by a multidisciplinary team of therapists and BCBAs.

Topics Include:

  • Identifying early signs of developmental or behavioral concerns
  • Co-developing inclusive and preventative classroom strategies
  • Building emotionally safe and responsive learning environments

Policies and Procedures Training

An essential component for all staff, this training focuses on standardized health, hygiene, nutrition, emergency response, and documentation practices. It ensures all caregivers and staff operate with confidence, consistency, and legal compliance.
